Updating the debug module to avoid NSP issues of older versions.

This PR has been closed because a new major upgrade of 'node-rest-client' with a complete code refactoring and new features is expected before the end of the year.

This means that any pending pull requests suitable for inclusion in 'node-rest-client' will be included in the next major release.
