Page numbers and release version of cheat-sheet

I have printed the pages, but there are no page numbers. In my opinion, the pdf and odt should be part of a release rather than being stored in git.

Thanks for your feedback @030. I agree with you. Also, current pdf is outdated. I'll try to do it in the upcoming weeks. Of course, any contribution is welcome!

They were created by @Russtopia. @Russtopia - Is there any chance you can share with us the tool you used to create these files? Thanks

Oh - I believe I just used LibreOffice Writer, it has a good export-to-PDF option. The .odt file should open in any recent version of LibreOffice. Unfortunately I did this by hand, it would be nice if there were a semi-automated way of keeping this doc in sync with the main project...
