Hires graphics with 80 col active bot woriing

If hires graphics mode is activated while in 80 column mode the card gets confused and dispkays corrupted 40 column text characters in the graphics area. I have reproduced this on my rom 1 and rom 3 apple iigs machines. Exiting 80 column mode makes the graphics appear correctly.

To reproduce simply go into 80 column mode with pr#3 then enter hires graphics mode with hgr and the graphics area of the screen will fill with 40 column @ characters. Toggle back into 40 column mode either with ESC 4 or ESC CTRL-Q and the graphics will display correctly.
