CLAP plugin support

The plugin should have clap support, since nih_plug does come with CLAP support, but I haven't made any binaries for it yet (nor have I bug tested anything with CLAP stuff). I could try looking into getting that working this weekend (although it's been a while since I've looked at any of this code, so no promises)
