Ability to pin the widget open

I frequently open multiple apps at once, like when I first log in. It would really help me if I could keep the menu pinned open during these times, so that when I click an application icon, the menu stays open.

P.S. This is a really well done Plasma Widget, and that's rare. Thanks for the good work.

Actually, if I were able to Alt-Click or something to suppress the closing of the menu, that would be workable, and less UI clutter.
