Note that updating to latest chrome will also:

• make the new headless mode default (so we'd need to use --headless=old to keep same behavior)
• remove support for --remote-debugging-address flag (even for --headless=old), for which there is no good replacement.

I forked the repo and hoped I could simply run the update as it was done here, but no such luck :)

Edit: implementing the socat workaround as suggested in https://github.com/Zenika/alpine-chrome/issues/225#issuecomment-1548562083 worked with the new headless mode, so probably needs to be implemented on the base container: https://github.com/mihkeleidast/alpine-chrome/commit/e1ec346779a020e139c5cffc47f57b60ba4f409d

Anyway:

• already obsolete as there is 3.21 now
• issues raised by previous comment
• failure to build because of leaving the Zenika org
