Wallet can't connect to "slow" zcashd

When starting the wallet the error message Failed to start zcashd. Giving up! is shown after around 10 seconds. In debug.log the zcashd has just output Nov 03 11:46:18.801 INFO Init: main: Loading Orchard parameters but continues with the starting procedure and starts syncing. I can start a second wallet process in parallel with the -no-embedded flag which is then able to connect to the running zcashd instance.

It seems as the starting process of zcash is too slow and the wallet runs into a connection timeout as the zcashd instance is not ready yet?

Wallet version: Zecwallet.Fullnode-1.7.5.AppImage
