Ability to select multiple notes

This option would allow selection of multiple notes by holding down the ctrl key and closing them all at once with the ability to add an identical comment to each one.

On one hand it would allow to close many spam notes. On the other easy way for trolls to close many valid notes

This feature could be limited to moderators and administrators, what would prevent trolls from massively closing the notes in such easy manner.

I don't think it's very useful for the average map user (convince me if you think otherwise!), and I agree with the idea that it should be for moderators/administrators only. However, if that's the case, I believe we could create a better dedicated page for mass management of notes, with features like filtering by user, filtering by date, etc..
