Jetson Nano 4GB Jetpack 4.2.2 (TensorRT 5.1.6 inside) environment setup

Guys I have problems with installing the requirements.txt to setup the environment in order to be able to run deep_sort_pytorch. In particular I have encountered problems between opencv-python and numpy versions specified in txt file. OS: Linux 18.04LTS Python: tried with different versions such as 3.6 and 3.8
