Add more regions shapes

Description

For easier region management, it would be handy to not just be able to create cuboids, but also other shapes like cylinders or spheres.

• Define regions as prism shapes.
• Define regions as cylinders
• Define regions as spheres
• Define chunk based regions
• Define sub-chunk (section) based regions
• Add an abstraction to check whether a region fully contains another region
• Add an abstraction to check whether a region intersects with another region
• Add CLI support to display properties of different area types
