cnetplot only showing the Upregulated after using ClusterProfiler

Hello,

I have a problem and that is because ClusterProfiler requires ordering fold change values from highest to lowest at the start, when creating the top pathways using enrichplot/cnetplot, only positive values are shown. I tried looking at up and down regulated genes separately but gseGO gives me an error that it needs both signs.

The gseGO results does not show log fold change scores so there will be no way that I can think of to separate them after calculating the results.
