about proxy and vpn test

proxy: ss and ss rust cant work well with download.if use UDP ，must depend on VPN but there has no good vpn in 6.1 kernel. glorytuntcp is hard to link and offen broken down. glorytunudp still not stable. openVPN, has high latency mlVPN,sitll high latency some time not aggerate

xray vmess cant work very well with UDP.but if download speed upto 10Mbps.it will break down.

so optimize VPN or optimize Xray download

seems xray-vless-reality is ok，but sometimes loss package

I test other xray proxy,has the same problem. and ss withou VPN also has this problem
