[Feature Request] Disable video previews

YouTube's Video preview settings do not properly sync to the account. The problem with this is that in the latest Firefox, preview thumbnails are shown for the first video you hover over, not the actual video. This is also being encountered by other users.

Describe the solution you'd like A boolean enable/disable feature in the extension to disable video previews.

Describe alternatives you've considered Unfortunately, YouTube's account settings sync seems to be broken, and are crushed by other browser instances you may have open on other devices. Even closing all active browsers on all devices does not seem to fix this issue.

I will attempt to implement this myself, but as I'm not familiar with this code base, may take me longer than someone else who is more up-to-speed on this extensions' code to implement.
