[Bug Report] Maximized seeker bar and video preview position wrong

While maximized (not fullscreen) the seeker bar / progress bar only scales to about 50% screen width and the video preview window is no longer right above the seeker bar / progress bar but instead at about 50% video height.

Only tested in Google Chrome Version 131.0.6778.205 on Windows 11.

@cmuellr Thank you for creating this issue. I have known about this issue for some time. I have been busy with life. The maximize feature needs a rewrite to fix some inherent issues with the implementation and existing bugs. I have already started work on this rewrite, although I haven't been able to work on it much lately.
