[Feature Request/Change] Remember last volume

If possible, could the "remember last volume" be changed to just a persistent volume level us users could set please? If YouTube has to be refreshed for any reason, or the browser was closed and reopened, instead of returning to a potentially high volume just have it set to whatever we have in the settings.

To add on to that, I did see a request for the right-click + scroll wheel to adjust volume, have you made any progress on adding that to your extension?

An idea, though I have no idea how to make an extension for Firefox (what I'm using) nor any other browser, are you able to see what just right-clicking on a video does? Do you have the ability to see actions performed like that? If you can then are you able to have your extension disregard the normal action of the right-click menu pop up, as in have the right-click action just do nothing at all but allow the volume to be adjusted once the scroll wheel is used. That or maybe set something up that recognizes the long press of right click and does the same thing, nothing but allow volume control with the scroll wheel while it's being held down. I'm not sure how many people there are working on this extension but maybe I'm pointing you in a direction to get that to be better? Hopefully?

I suppose I could do that, right now the extension remembers what you last had the volume at, Maybe I could add a separate option that just sets a persistent volume when loading a video

That feature already exists although there is a caveat the YouTube right click interface on the player comes up. I need to figure out how to prevent it only when the user is adjusting the volume then restore it otherwise.
