The script "zephyrscale2xray.py" doesn't convert labels

Hi team,

I noticed that the script you provide doesn't convert the zephyr scale labels(in XML file) to X-Ray labels(in the csv). This is very important feature to segregate imported test cases as they have new numbers.

Please fix this ASAP.
