When closing the suspended software, then going to create a new folder on the home screen, you get the image from when the software was suspended.

Known bug, still unknown cause. When opening an applet or application, closing it and opening an applet, its background will be the last opened app/applet's display for some reason, probably due to bad foreground handling.
