Stuck while executing "INFO: Loading 'vadd.xclbin'"

I want to use Alveo U250 to execute the use case on the xilinx_u250_gen3x16_xdma_3_1_202020_1 platform, and I successfully got the app.exe file by following the instructions in the tutorial in the software simulation section, but it got stuck at the INFO: Loading 'vadd.xclbin' location during simulation.

How to solve it?
