Suggestion: Consider storing gamelists in ~/retrodeck/gamelists

Currently gamelists are generated in ~/.var/app/net.retrodeck.retrodeck/config/emulationstation/.emulationstation/gamelists

Could they be stored instead in ~/retrodeck/gamelists? What concerns would come up with storing them in ~/retrodeck/gamelists?

Why:

• For users that are interested in migrating their ES-DE gamelists & downloaded_media from other systems; making these available in ~/retrodeck/gamelists would reduce the need to to have to copy content to different folders. I think this would make the user's scraped metadata and media more easily portable between systems (and also easy to backup)

For me, the path was slightly different: /home/deck/.var/app/net.retrodeck.retrodeck/config/emulationstation/.emulationstation/gamelists/
