Upgrade Realm version to 0.102.0 which includes minor breaking changes

Note that backward compatibility for the following breaking changes will be dropped in the 1.0.0 release.

  • The theme. prefix from translation keys has been removed in Realm 0.102.0.
  • The internationalization feature was renamed - the @i18n directory must be renamed to @l10n and i18n config property to l10n.
