Update the Deposit Authorization table

There is a table at https://xrpl.org/docs/concepts/accounts/depositauth/#precise-semantics that summarizes whether a transaction type can deposit money with DepositAuth enabled or disabled. This table appears to not have been updated since at least pre-NFTs, if not pre-AccountDelete. It would be really useful if it were updated to also incorporate all the newer amendments that have been released since then.
