Reorganize subscription stream information

The subscribe API method has a bunch of types of subscription stream messages that you may get back depending on what stream you subscribe to. It would make sense to break those out into their own pages.

The bulleted list at the start showing how to get which stream of information (introduced by "The streams parameter provides access to the following default streams of information:") should probably also be adjusted with links to the pages describing each type of stream data. Maybe a table would be more appropriate.
