Pure Dart package.

Hi, I’ve developed a Pure Dart package for Ripple. This package currently supports all types of transactions and Ripple networks. It only relies on an for blockchain and cryptography, which I’ve also authored and is available on this page. I’ve included a test and example for the Ripple package, along with the complete source code, which you can view here.

The package is currently hosted on the Pub Dev website. I’d like to inquire if it’s possible to list it on the site. Thank you.

I've asked around Ripple to see if anyone with more Dart/Flutter experience than me can take a look. There's still something of an open question as to what the requirements should be to list a client library on the site but I'm inclined to lean more inclusive as long as the library isn't unsafe.

We can transfer the library to ripple-portal-dev and then give the owner access to read, write and modify them. All I care about is helping the decentralized world
