AMM tutorial should check for Clawback flag

Since tokens with Clawback can't be part of an AMM, the Create AMM tutorial and sample code should check for it.

Also, there should maybe be a Clawback concept page and/or some more mentions that clawback blocks a token from being used in an AMM in various places.

Also that info of the clawback blocking access to the AMM should be visible on the AccountSet tx page. Along with the new flag.
