cazy annotations missing in distill heatmap

GH families are annotated in the genome based on the information in metabolism_summary.xlsx, but they are missing in the cazy summary heatmap inside prouduct.html. Upon hovering, the respective GH families, eg. corresponding to starch degradation, are visible, but the box is not marked True. Is this an error or are there some other criteria that result in the heatmap excluding these cases (eg. PL1/PL4 - in this case - present but Pectin not colored True in the heatmap)
