Errors about summariziung anntotations

There is something wrong about summariziung anntotations. After typing commons like this: DRAM-v.py distill -i dramv-annotate/annotations.tsv -o dramv-distill.

it will give me this feedback. TypeError: Index(...) must be called with a collection of some kind, 'gene_id' was passed.

I do not know how to deal with issue. Thanks.
