Have you considered a flag to point out unexpected combinations of annotations that hint of either a Nature paper level discovery or genome contamination?

An example could be the discovery of a complete nitrification pathway in a single organism before the comammox papers.

For massive MAG projects it would be a cool way to hint at what organisms might require more attention 😁
