Please make the hamburger configurable

I just ported over from PaperMod and while I got most of the stuff working without modifying the theme itself, I could not override the hamburger on mobile.

In my particular case I have so little menu items, that the hamburger is unnecessary as the items can fit just fine on small screens.

I suppose this might require SCSS, but I am reporting this nonetheless, hopefully there's an easier workaround.

I plan to do that, yes. This feature was just a simple hack I came with, but it definitely requires some work.
