Fixed in 1.5.4. In general `getconnectioninfo` isn't a documented command because it's mainly intended to be used internally :)

What's the trace log of the TeaSpeak server saying? I need the command the bot issues.

Have you ensured that you're not in the query_ip_whitelist.txt as well?
