The Kris' Music System Voice Format is used to store the instrument settings for songs in Kris' Music System Format. There are different variants of the format for different audio hardware.

The spec is here: http://www.shikadi.net/moddingwiki/Kris%27_Music_System_Voice_Format It's also need to find out any sample files for analysis and experiments with them.

KMS are musics only, but it's a VCE file which does store of instruments data. KMS is refers instruments in the VCE bank but don't stores them inside the music itself.
