Using Proton now "fixes" this issue, at the cost of some font rendering issues and missing emojis in CEF

We already have `symbol_level=0`: https://github.com/solsticegamestudios/GModCEFCodecFix/blob/master/cef_build/linux.sh We may consider stripping on top of that, but we don't want to get in the way of debugging. Maybe we'll upload the symbols separately...

Are you on Linux? Steam Overlay tends to be unreliable on it regardless

We're aiming to build CEF 120 this next go around with Steam Runtime 2.0 (Debian 10). Theoretically, you'll be able to select that runtime as a Compatibility option for GMod...
