[enhancement]: One filter choice with many filters

Firstly i hope this subject is not already handle by another question.

I'm wondering if there is or there will be, an option to have one specific filter for one type of file or directory. For example, in a specific directory of my project, i have many files. But when i want to compare those files with another ones, i don't want to compare lines start with '#', or files with extension '.foo' and other filters. To do that, execpt if i don't know, i need to create N filters.

But, maybe a few moments later, i need to compare two other directories, but this time i don't need the same filters. So i need to deactivate N filters maybe activate N others. It is not complex but it is not usefull

I've often wanted something like this. I've even considered using arbitrary custom file extensions to try to simulate this functionality.
