Hidden items unexpectedly copied when copying parent folder

When copying a folder from one side to the other, hidden items are also copied. I would expect default behavior would be to not copy hidden items. There is no warning or indication that you have hidden items that are going to be copied and overwrite the destination.

A prompt would probably be the best thing to do here so that a user can choose if they want to copy hidden items or not. This could also be an optional setting.
