Exclude empty folders from the compare

Is it possible to exclude empty folders from the folder compare screen(in a tree view)? I want to see the difference only if the folder contains different files

Unfortunately, WinMerge cannot exclude unique empty folders.

Thanks for the answer. Any plans to put this into the potential improvements log? I really like your program, however, this behaviour(for showing empty folders with no option to exclude them) is not aligned with another tooling(for example with the GitHub DeskTop program) that doesn't include empty folders in the list of modified elements.

I can see the upside and downside to this request, but I think the current behaviour is best for the default behaviour. An option to accommodate the request seems reasonable, if someone wants to implement it. That's just my opinion, of course.
