tooltip's can only be read once

all toooltip()'s (the ones with the yellow boxes behind them) can only be read once, when you mouse over a second time, a small empty yellow rectangle shows up

From looking at the JS code and the orginal source for the code I can't see why it fails when used within echelon.

Maybe just replace the entire tooltip functions with a different js implementation of tooltips?
