Just to supplement, this error is also reproducible on the CPU Intel Core i7-12700H (also Gen 12th). Most affected are still `.to(torch.dtype)` conversions.
I think the code has to be then significantly refactored, as [`SubscriptionManager`](https://developer.android.com/reference/android/telephony/SubscriptionManager) instead of [`TelephonyManager`](https://developer.android.com/reference/android/telephony/TelephonyManager) provides such information, and the services require quite a complex decision tree based on Android...
