AppxManifest.xml does not exsist when regestering.

SO I fallowed the steps however when i enter `Add-AppxPackage -Regester "c:\wsl\extractedmsix\AppxManifest.xml` it gives me this error

This just started happening where the Play Store just crashes it opens and I see the Play Store then it closes.
