About the issue of WRF-GC calling HEMCO_Config.rc emissions

I started running WRF-GC using mpirun -np 32 ./wrf.exe I found that the model does not call HEMCO_Config.rc. How can I set it, or where can I make sure that the emissions defined in HEMCO_Config.rc are used. rsl.error.txt
