PECL OAUTH

On OSX using Apache 2.4.16/PHP 7.0.13/PECL 7.0.13/Oauth 2.0.2

I'm getting segmentation faults when accessing WP Dashboard (ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE) that are RESOLVED by pecl uninstall oauth.

Do I have the wrong mix here? This includes wp 4.4 and 4.7 on multiple installs (apache vhost) without the plugin.

Anybody else getting errors like this?
