Done, by marking it as "Mark as non-substantive" (which it is).

But, do you have any idea how to resolve the issue "craigfrancis did not make IPR commitments for this group"... I have a W3C account, I have just linked it to GitHub, and I have used "log in using GitHub" on the repo-manager website, but when pressing the "Revalidate" button, that's the error message that's shown.
