Would it be possible to know in which countries the FLoC OT is available?

Per the Chrome blog post, "Australia, Brazil, Canada, India, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Philippines and the U.S."

(Note however that as of today, the OT has not yet started on Chrome's Stable channel, only for some people on the Beta and Dev channels.)

So I guess that if a Chrome instance detects that it's being used from outside of one of these ten countries, document.interestCohort() will just return null values?

Is the OT now available for Chrome's Stable channel? Should we expect to get a FLoC id on approx. 0.5% of Chrome 90 users in eligible countries?

where we should expect FLoC OT availability in Russia? Do you guys have any timeline on this? Could you maybe share how the current experiment is going, I mean why is adoption is slower than was expected. What difficulties do you have, what are you doing to solve them, etc. Basically, I'm saying that it would be great to be in the loop about this.
