Misread https://github.com/terra-farm/terraform-provider-virtualbox/issues/48#issuecomment-456199009. Replaced `terra-farm` with `terraform-providers` in my head. But I think the TODO list still holds overall for v1.0 release.

Makes sense, since TF 0.12 is already out. I think we should have some release ASAP.

Looking back, it does seem like the comment was added about the insecure key - https://github.com/terra-farm/terraform-provider-virtualbox/commit/1d963062fe46314fa5e414fd2aa4daa9245da563. Seeing how the use of provisioners is now discouraged, I don't think adding more...

Do you mean tag `v0.1.1`? There were quite a few changes since that version, and we do not have CI for Windows support, and we don't know how much interest...

@ringods Do you have any opinions on Windows support?
