I have wires routed in either extrusion, I wanted to cover/retain/protect them from the moving gantry and other designs did not sit flush enough with the extrusion rail to not interfere with the gantry

Printed test lengths, good (included pics in submission). Printed full lengths, installed successfully with wires stowed inside, works even better when lengthened for actual use.
