Replace docker with Podman

We all know podman can be a drop-in replacement for Docker on recent EL8 and EL9, can we start planning for Podman support for new releases so we don't need to install a third-party software?

I really like the idea of Podman and even tried to replace docker with it. Maybe we can do that in future releases.
