10DLC

As far as I can tell the SDK has no support for 10DLC such as managing brands, campaigns, linking/unlinking numbers etc. What are the plans to supporting that?

Hi Alexei, I will check on this internally and get back to you when I have an answer 🙂

Hi, there are no current plans to add those options to the SDK - the API used by the backend carriers is still in flux, so unfortunately it's not in a stable state yet for us to support in the SDK. We hope to make a sample/demo application available in time. I hope this answers your question!

The SDK is for the API managed by Vonage, which does include 10DLC features. Does this mean Vonage has no plans to support Vonage's API in Vonage's SDK?

Hi Alexei, we would like to add this when it's possible, but as I said above, the API provided to us by the carriers is changing too much for us to add 10DLC API support without having to constantly change our implementation.

As such, we unfortunately can't support 10DLC in our SDKs at this specific moment in time. When things do change, this will definitely be an API we'd like to add - watch this space - but we can't commit to a timeline on this as it's heavily dependent on carrier APIs settling down.

You can still use the API itself directly, and can submit support requests here if you have any issues. I've also fed this conversation back internally myself as well.

I'm sorry this isn't the answer you're looking for, but I hope this clears things up for you, at least.
