Add scale to processed tiffs

embed scaling/unit information (pixel / mm in X,Y,Z) in tiff tags in a way that is understood by Fiji.

I just saw that Talley Lambert has implemented this in LLSpy Function imsave in https://github.com/tlambert03/LLSpy/blob/develop/llspy/util.py
