SideBar not visible above footer

Describe the bug

From the screenshot you can see that the sidebar is not above the footer which is not the intented way.

Expected behavior

The sidebar should be fixed above the footer which more priority than it.

I can work on this and fix this by fixing the z index and positioning of the sidebar and footer. Please assign me this issue!
