Options not applied to profile

Describe the bug The options StripHTML and ConvertToMarkdown, with a different value than for the default profile, are not applied correctly.

Expected behavior I'm expecting the messages not to be transformed to markdown in this profile/channel, but they are.

Release version Using the latest docker image

Architecture Linux, using the docker image virtomize/mail2most:latest
