Possible deadlock with messages with no body

Describe the bug

In my mailbox, I have a message with no body, only headers, and it seems mail2most is blocking on it. it stops working just after showing the processing message for this message.

Expected behavior mail2most stops processing, no message is sent to mattermost

Release version v1.11.7

Architecture amd64

Additional context I cannot publish the content of the mail here, unfortunately. I might follow-up later on this issue.

Possibly it's the server that never responds when requesting the body, I cannot be sure.

Hello @mildred thank you for your issue. I'll take a look at this issue and test out if empty body mails work as soon as i can.
