Problem with publishing

Hello! How am I supposed to publish this theme to production via the cli? I guess that yarn push only pushes the changes to the shopify store with the theme marked as an development theme, right? However when I try to run shopify theme publish after runing yarn push I get some erros from shopify, have you ever ran into this problem before? I tried with both 2.7.0 and 3.1.0 ruby, I'm currently running ubuntu.

and I'm unable to Publish the theme through the shopify editor, because it says the theme is marked as development
